There was information that I had 0 tickets. After pressing I was taken to the steam store page, and after closing this page I landed in the main menu of the game. There was only one button below the message that said 'contact support' (something like that). The time has come to an end, but instead of the table with the result, the information that an error has occurred and that 'you need to contact technical support to get your ticket or trophies back'.
